Are there any standards to ensure the quality of heat-conducting oil furnace when we buy heat-conducting oil furnace?
1. The manufacturer must have a manufacturing license
The manufacturer of the heat-conducting oil furnace must have a manufacturing license, and the manufacturer using the heat-conducting oil furnace must also purchase the heat-conducting oil furnace products produced by the manufacturer with production qualification.
2. Strength calculation and structural design of heat transfer oil furnace
All gas phase furnaces are under pressure, while the liquid phase furnace of heat transfer oil electric heating furnace is divided into pressure injection type and non pressure suction type. The components of organic heat carrier furnace, whether under pressure or not, shall be calculated according to the current boiler strength calculation standard, and its design pressure is the working pressure plus 0.3 MPa, and shall not be less than 0.59 MPa. In addition to the design pressure, the calculation formula, parameter selection and coefficient determination shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding standards of strength calculation of pressure components of water tube boiler and strength calculation of pressure components of shell boiler. The structural design of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace and the mechanical property test of product welds must meet the requirements of the supervision regulation on safety technology of organic heat carrier furnace.
3. Pressure test
The pressure test shall be conducted for the heat transfer oil furnace after assembly by the manufacturer and after installation and repair by the user.
The pressure test of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace is divided into hydraulic test, hydraulic test and air tightness test. Whether it is a gas furnace or a liquid furnace of an electric heating heat-conducting oil furnace, a hydrostatic test shall be carried out in the manufacturing unit, and only a hydraulic test can be carried out in the user unit, which is not suitable. For the gas furnace of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace, the manufacturer and user shall also conduct air tightness test to check the sealing of non welded connection parts. The air tightness test method and requirements of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace shall refer to the relevant provisions of pressure vessel. Air tightness test is not required for liquid furnace of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace.
The test pressure of the air tightness test of the electric heating heat conduction oil furnace is the working pressure of the gas furnace; The hydrostatic test pressure is 1.5 times of the working pressure of the organic heat carrier furnace.
